Cindy Gordon received her MD degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario in 1992, after having graduated in 1988 from McGill University with a BSC in physiology.  Her four year residency program, which she completed in 1996, was through McGill University, primarily at the Montreal General Hospital.  She is currently board eligible in internal medicine.  Dr. Gordon moved to Ithaca in 1997, and worked for one year for Family Health Network providing health care to the underserved.  She then took a few years off to care for her young children.  She has enjoyed working part time with Dr. Howson since 2001, which allows her time to enjoy her 3 children and her many hobbies  (including reading, cooking, hiking, boating, and travel).  She can be found most days on her favorite elliptical trainer at the YMCA!
