Appointments

Office visits are by appointment only except for emergencies. We expect at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to bill you for appointments not cancelled in a timely manner.

When you call for an appointment, our receptionist will ask a few questions regarding the nature and urgency of your problem or concern. Our receptionists needs to know why you are making an appointment so that they may allow enough time for your visit. Please be candid with them and be sure to tell them all the needs you have so they can allow enough time. Our staff members are chosen for their professionalism in matters of confidentiality, so you may be open with them.

We do try to schedule your appointments with your primary provider (see above). Although we try to be realistic in our scheduling, we may get behind. Our receptionist will try to keep you informed. For routine health care, please call several days in advance.

Emergencies and problems requiring immediate physician attention will be given priority. Notify us before coming to the office in an urgent or emergency situation. Appointments are scheduled as indicated. Saturday morning office hours are available for your convenience. Nursing personnel are available for routine laboratory work and tests from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
