It is now possible to send confidential messages to our office in regards to clinical questions, appointments, billing, medications, test results, referrals, and other issues.
Log onto your portal account and click "create message" in the upper left corner. Choose the person to whom you want to send your message, enter the reason for your message (in the “Re:” field) and the subject of your message, then type your message into the “Message” field. You will get a response within three business days.
If you do not have a portal account yet, ask the front office assistant for the paperwork, or
download it from our website.
